This light, sour beer was historically brewed in Northern Germany and was once regarded as the “Champagne of the North." Brewed using 50% wheat and 50% barley as per tradition, SoK then used a non-traditional hefeweizen yeast strain along with a healthy dry-hop to create more complexity and a unique twist on this old classic. Tart, dry and refreshing, with subtle notes of citrus, banana and coconut.
