R&B is a raspberry and blackberry beer made with Ontario fruit and grain. It was fermented and aged in stainless steel for over a year and a half, and has a nice balance of fruit, funk, and acidity. There’s lots of raspberry in the aroma and the blackberries give it some nice tannin. It’s super easy-drinking, fun, and refreshing.
