This Vidal was grown in Beamsville, and fermented in Guelph. It needed a touch of something, so it was blended it with 10% nectarine cider.
It’s a wide flavour palate, a mixture of tropical and temperate fruits: Pineapples and juicy peaches. Saline and honeyed. 2020 vintage. On skins for 6 months.
These cans are made for early drinking. Fresh and friendly.
