Soured by Bandit's house strain of lactic bacteria, Wizard of Gose (“gose-uh”) is their take on the traditional sour-salty style. Bursting with refreshing tartness, this Triple Berry variation pours a beautiful soft red, consisting of strawberry, blackberry and red currant.

Sparkling carbonation accentuates strong fruity aromas with tropical, juicy flavours, and a slight jamminess. They add just enough sea salt to round out the acidity, help the guava notes pop, and accentuate the lightly sweet finish.
